While selecting the default signature, Edit has to be chosen for entering into the required mode for changing the default signature. This will be applicable in case of all messages, till you manually select a different signature.
Beneath the edit window you can check out the live preview. This will be great to check what actually takes place while the signature is in use.
Before you proceed further, you must check the window “Options” for changing the default actions.
For example, you need to change in the place of the signature according to the message, the label names are to be changed according to your liking, and you may enable or disable buttons accordingly from the main menu. Adjusting the position of signature will be a common change as the text quoted below for ensuring that the signature is under the content.
Any other signature can be chosen from the main menu and then Edit has to be selected for making the desired changes.
